		<description>I would only disagree with the &quot;government&quot; tack. Granted &quot;government&quot; in a normal election year, with a normal electorate would be a synonym for the president executive administration... but this is not a normal year or electorate.

There are members of this electorate, many in fact, who will vote in these primaries who want to tear the institutions of government down brick by brick. Many have a beef with the Federal Reserve, the Department of Education, the IRS, Homeland Security, etc. Recall that the current Speaker of the House had to send a memo to his caucus during the debt fight, warning his members not to cheer in the event of a government shut down. &quot;Government&quot; is a dirty word to many members of the primary electorate and it is a dog whistle to many conservatives who will go to the caucuses and primaries.</description>
